Accessibility Statement

Sondela Recordings aims to provide equitable access to our music, events, and content. We reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and regional equality legislation when we design, develop, and test.

Testing Approach

Accessibility is part of our delivery checklist. We combine automated tooling with manual review to validate core user journeys.

  • Automated scans with Lighthouse, axe, and custom linters during development and CI.
  • Keyboard-only navigation checks to confirm logical focus order, visible states, and trap-free dialogs.
  • Screen reader spot checks (VoiceOver and NVDA) on primary flows such as releases, events, and newsletter sign-up.
  • Regression sweeps before major launches or redesigns.

Known Limitations

We are actively improving the accessibility of new and existing features. If you encounter an issue, please let us know so we can prioritise a fix. Current items in review include:

  • Expanded keyboard focus management for modal content and interactive media.
  • Additional guidance for third-party embeds where we do not control markup.
  • Continuing to improve colour contrast in legacy artwork assets.

Feedback & Support

We welcome questions, improvement ideas, or requests for support. Email us at info@sondelarecordings.com and we will respond within five business days.

If you prefer to speak with someone, mention a call-back in your message and share a preferred contact time.

Alternate Formats

We can provide release notes, event details, and press materials in alternative formats upon request. Please specify the content and format you need (for example, large print PDF or plain text summary) so we can prepare it quickly.
